Support & Updates
All cloud and on-premise editions (except the free startup edition) include matching annual or monthly support and updates.
Discounts
Get better value by paying annually - most of our services offer 12 months for the price of 10. Enjoy a 10% discount on 20+ users, and 15% for 40+ users.
Cloud hosting editions
Cloud hosting editions include hosting on Synchromedia's high-performance servers tuned for 1CRM. If you want to host 1CRM yourself, check out the on-premise editions.

Upgrades
Upgrades between editions are simply the difference between the prices, so there is no penalty for
beginning with Startup, Startup+ or Professional editions and upgrading later.

Synchromedia's 1CRM cloud editions are hosted in the UK or EU on high-performance virtual or dedicated servers, specifically tuned for 1CRM including:

About us
Syniah.com is a service provided by Synchromedia Limited, a UK company based in Brighton run by Marcus Bointon and Andrew Mann. Synchromedia was started in 1999 and has been selling and supporting 1CRM since 2006. Synchromedia provides hosting, web development, server and database configuration, administration and management, training and related services.
Synchromedia also owns and runs smartmessages.net, a powerful email marketing platform developed entirely in-house.
